From our existence we have had our own engineering department that uses extensive 3D software. Our experience enables us to offer solutions for the most diverse and complex projects in the field of hydraulics and general engineering. We design and supply hydraulic systems for various markets and surroundings / climates, so we can advise and offer a suitable solution with substantiated knowledge and experience.

Hydraulic diagrams

We invent and design our own hydraulic diagrams, and we have a special surrounding within our 3D software where we design the diagrams.

Manifolds

A manifold block controls oil flow between pumps and actuators and other components in a hydraulic system. The manifold block is composed with various valves, the valves are connected to each other by channels in the manifold block, which means that hydraulic systems can be built more cheaply and more compactly.

Molenmaker Techniek designs and produces its own manifolds, with the help of our software we can design and optimize complex manifolds. Our 5-axis milling machine has its own Cad/Cam software, which significantly reduces the time of work preparation and reduces programming errors.

Calculations

Because we opperate in different markets, we are also familiar with different standards and calculation methods. Large projects are standard provided with our power calculations, cylinder calculations and the necessary strength calculations. Where requird we check our strength calculations with a FEM analysis.

We can also simulate hydraulic systems, within this special software all laws of physics are taken into the calculation. This results in a realistic picture of the system.
