Installation

FAT

Our own systems are installed by us and we put them into operation ourselves, this usually happens with large projects (often hydraulic systems for bridges / locks). A factory acceptance (FAT) is often carried out prior to commissioning. At the FAT, the hydraulic system is tested on the following points:

• All components will be tested on operation and function
• Operating situations tested ( e.g. emergency stop, emergency operation etc.)
• Pressure testing of hydraulic unit
• Cleanliness of the installation
• Operating temperature
• Working pressure
• Leaks
• Functional control (pressure) settings
• Functional check of installed cables conservation

For the testing of cylinders we have a specially equipped test bench that can build up pressure up to 1000 bar.

Installation

We have 6 company buses and a truck with a crane of 25 [Ton / meter], which can be used for many applications. We assemble and install our aggregates and cylinders according to the customer’s wishes, and we also provide the piping between the aggregate and actuators.
We can manufacture the piping on site or in prior on our CNC bending machine.

SAT

A SAT (commissioning) is often performed before the takeover of the system. With the SAT, the hydraulic system is administered at the following points:

• Operating situationa tested (e.g. emergency stop, emergency operation, etc.)
• All components tested for operation and function
• If possible road measuring system / creep speeds
• Cleanliness of the installation
• Operating temperature
• Working pressures
• Extortion of pipework
• Acceptance test with electrical installation
