Molenmaker Techniek features severall processing machines, which makes it possible to manufacture almost all products ourselfss. We have among other things, a fully equipped machining and construction department, both of which are equipped with modern equipment and tools..

Machining

• MILLING MACHINE: DOOSAN VC650/5ax

Is a stable / powerful 5-axis milling machine. With the tilting and rotatable table we can realize the most complex workpieces in one fixture, we also use a CAD / CAM program.

• MILLING MACHINE: ANAYAK HVM6000

This bed milling machine has a range of: (x stroke 6300 mm, Y stroke 1500 mm, Z stroke 2000 mm) including 4th axis and rotary table (1200 x 1200 mm).

• LATHE MACHINE: GEMINIS GHT7G4-1500×12000

This CNC controlled lathe can clamp material up to Ø1500 [mm] with a maximum length of 12000 [mm].

• LATHE MACHINE: TAKANG TNC890Ax5000

This is a CNC controlled lathe for products up to Ø 1000 [mm] with a maximum length of 6000 [mm].

• LATHE MACHINE: DOOSAN PUMA 400LM

This is a CNC controlled lathe for products up to Ø 550 [mm] with a length of 2000 [mm].

• LATHE MACHINE: DOOSAN PUMA 300M

This is a CNC controlled lathe with controlled tools.

• MILLING MACHINE: VMC-1300

CNC controlled milling machine 1400 x 610 x 610 mm (X, Y, Z axis)

Construction

• SUBMERCHED ARC WELDING

With our submerged welding machine, we can fill welds 4x faster than a normal mig / mag machine.

• AUTOMATIC PIPE BENDING MACHINE

With our pipe bending machine we can bend pipes up to Ø 115 [mm]. The pipes are drawn in a 3D drawing program and sent to the pipe bending machine, after which the pipes are automatically shaped.

• BAND SAW MACHINE IMET H 601

This sawing machine can cut up to Ø500 [mm].
