Kooylock Den Helder

Molenmaker Techniek B.V. has been commissioned by Jansen Venneboer for manufacture a hydraulic installation for the Kooylock in Den Helder.

The Kooylock is a lock that forms the connection between the Balgzand Canal and the Noordhollands Canal at the Kooy in the municipality of Den Helder. The lock was built in 1922. The lock needs to be renewed. Among other things  the two lock gates are being replaced and the current rinket drives are being renewed.
